kx99 Terms & Conditions

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount at kx99 is ৳300 (three hundred taka). The following methods are accepted for making deposits:

• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking
• Bank Transfer — major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals may only be made using the same method used to make the deposit.

4.3 Transaction Processing

kx99 secures all financial transactions through SSL encryption. If a transaction is delayed for any reason, please contact our support team. Conducting transactions through a third party is strictly prohibited.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

kx99 offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example:

• ৳1,000 deposit receives a ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000
• ৳18,000 deposit receives a ৳8,000 bonus → total balance ৳26,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. Example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳10,000 in bets before withdrawing. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

5.3 Bonus Policy

Each bonus offer has specific terms that are stated in that offer's description. No bonus may be withdrawn as cash until the wagering requirement has been met. kx99 reserves the right to change the terms of any promotion or to cancel a promotion. If evidence of bonus fraud is found, the associated account will be cancelled.

5.4 VIP Program

The kx99 VIP program has 4 tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback

You can advance to a higher VIP tier based on your activity and engagement on the platform.

6.1 Sports Betting

kx99 offers betting on various sporting events including cricket (BPL, T20, IPL, ICC tournaments), football, and kabaddi. The outcome of all betting markets is determined based on the official announcement of the relevant sports authority. If an event is cancelled or postponed, kx99's own cancellation policy will apply.

6.2 Casino Games

All casino games offered at kx99 are powered by software from certified game providers and fair play is ensured. Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which is independent and audited.

6.3 Betting Limits

The minimum and maximum bet amounts may vary for different betting markets and games. The specific limits for each betting market or game will be displayed there. kx99 reserves the right to set or change betting limits for any account.

6.4 Errors & Technical Issues

If the outcome of a game is affected by a server error, software bug, or network issue, kx99 reserves the right to void that specific bet. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the user's account.

The following activities are strictly prohibited at kx99. Violating these prohibitions may result in account cancellation, balance forfeiture, and legal action where necessary:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Collecting bonuses through fraudulent means (bonus abuse)
• Hacking, manipulation, or unauthorized access to betting or gaming software
• Placing bets or conducting transactions using a third party's account
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities
• Using automated bots or scripts for betting or gaming
• Attempting to influence the outcome of a game by colluding with other users
• Registering an account with false or misleading information
